Canada’s Chartered Directors
The Directors College is pleased to present Canada’s Chartered Directors. The graduates listed below have completed The Chartered Director Program, an intensive individual examination, and have met the other requirements to become a Chartered Director (C.Dir.)
The Directors College and the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés (CAS) of Université Laval have a reciprocal agreement, whereby their respective designations – Chartered Director (C.Dir.) and Administrateur de sociétés certifié (ASC) are recognized as equivalent.

Ms. Kim Egan, C.Dir.
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, GH Manufacturing Inc.
Kim Egan is the Executive Vice President & CFO at Belleville based GH Manufacturing Inc., a leading contract packaging and and manufacturing firm. Working together with the owner of GH from the date of incorporation, Kim has been instrumental in providing leadership in the areas of Finance, Administration, Information Technology, and Human Resources. With over 17 year’s experience in this industry sector, Kim has a broad and diverse background.
Over the past 13 years, Kim has sat on a number of volunteer boards and committees in the community. These boards include the United Way Hastings, Prince Edward, Hastings Childrens Aid Society, and the Belleville Quinte West Community Health Center. Holding various positions such as Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Campaign Cabinet volunteer over the years she has provided leadership and commitment. Kim is currently a board director on the Belleville Quinte West Community Health Center. Kim, CPA, CMA, also holds a Chartered Directors designation from the Conference Board of Canada in partnership with McMaster University. With a strong sense of community both in and outside of work, Kim has worked hard to support equal opportunities for all. She continues to hold ethics and responsibility for the community at the highest level.
