Canada’s Chartered Directors
The Directors College is pleased to present Canada’s Chartered Directors. The graduates listed below have completed The Chartered Director Program, an intensive individual examination, and have met the other requirements to become a Chartered Director (C.Dir.)
The Directors College and the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés (CAS) of Université Laval have a reciprocal agreement, whereby their respective designations – Chartered Director (C.Dir.) and Administrateur de sociétés certifié (ASC) are recognized as equivalent.

Mr. Todd Pentlichuk, C.Dir.
Manager, Corporate Services, Faculty of Health Sciences, McMaster University
Todd Pentlichuk has been with McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario for more than 10 years, working in various corporate and strategic management roles. Todd began his career at McMaster spearheading the multi-year expansion of the research portfolio of the Faculty of Health Sciences. Throughout his tenure with the University, Todd has gathered knowledge and experience unique to the highly competitive and highly regulated public sector academic, research and healthcare environments. As McMaster University’s School of Medicine is jointly affiliated with Hamilton Health Sciences, Todd has gained the unique perspective of working closely with the region’s largest healthcare provider.
As head of the Department of Corporate Services for the Faculty of Health Sciences, Todd oversees the management and administration of the facilities and resources that support the academic and research missions of the Faculty. In executing his responsibilities, Todd is highly involved in the direction and development of capital projects, risk management and corporate governance.
Todd possesses a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Public Administration, with concentrations in Public Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
During the last decade, Todd has been involved with a number of boards and advisory committees, focusing mainly on governance, strategic planning and resource management. Currently, Todd is a Board Director for both Haldimand War Memorial Hospital and Edgewater Gardens Long Term Care Centre.
