Canada’s Chartered Directors
The Directors College is pleased to present Canada’s Chartered Directors. The graduates listed below have completed The Chartered Director Program, an intensive individual examination, and have met the other requirements to become a Chartered Director (C.Dir.)
The Directors College and the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés (CAS) of Université Laval have a reciprocal agreement, whereby their respective designations – Chartered Director (C.Dir.) and Administrateur de sociétés certifié (ASC) are recognized as equivalent.

Mr. Brian Verheul, C.Dir.
Director, Verheul & Associates Inc.
A lengthy career in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police with increasing levels of responsibility within the Financial Crimes Directorate provided preparation and experience in criminal investigation, risk assessment, organizational review, strategic thinking and leadership.
Following a career in Law Enforcement, Verheul & Associates was incorporated and continues to provide; investigative services, complete organizational reviews and provide executive search support. Investigative services have been provided to a law firm, accounting firm and public commissions. Reviews completed have included; a municipal police service, long term care home and university. Twenty executive searches have been supported in the Not for Profit sector.
Brian Verheul holds a Chartered Director (C. Dir.) designation from the Directors College. He also holds a Private Investigators license in the Province of Ontario. Brian is affiliated with the forensic accounting and financial investigative firm, Froese Forensic Partners Ltd., in Toronto.
Previous board experience has included; Redeemer University College (Chair), Ontario Alliance of Christian Schools (Vice Chair), Shalom Manor & Gardens (Director), Hald-Nor Credit Union (Chair of Audit) and Mountainview Christian Reformed Church (Chair of Council).
